1004Mhz

I am fairly sure that it is a harmonic from the 865-870Mhz trunking band.

I had the same experience back in 1999 when I was new to trunking and equipped with a UBC3000xlt - i was picking up 865Mhz images.

Towing Companies

This is obviously drawing on my sydney experiences but I have found towies all over the place - mainly on a)conventional rental frequencies and b)using trunking frequencies. Very few apply for commercial licences in their own name. They are very territorial and if you poach jobs in somebody else's a...

MPT1327 Trunking

That's great. I have done about half of it already. I think it is Telstra and Vertel from memory. I hope that the config file and example of screen data is of some help. Obviously this applies to sites in NSW - you can substitute your own control channels. For some weird reason if you put the start ...

MPT Trunking for Western Australia

I am back on deck to prepare that MPT list. Hopefully in the next week or so I will be able to put a comprehensive list up. For those who already have located MPT stuff in the 160 and 410Mhz bands, here is the reference for that MPT decoder I mentioned before: http://hometown.aol.de/trunksniffer/ind...

MPT1327 trunking

OK I will prepare a MPT1327 list for VHF and UHF sites ... give me a couple days and I will post something. I personally find that the MPT systems are the most popular for commercial users. While I think of it there is also a UHF Motorola Type II Smartnet site at Port Hedland used by BHP - I fairly ...

WA Trunking

One small piece of information i forgot to add ... many commercial sites have movable control channels .... in Sydney the 800Mhz GPT site control channels moves daily over four different frequencies but all with the same ending eg 865.3625, 866.3625, 867.3625 and 868.3625Mhz then back to 865.3625 an...

Perth Trunking Systems

Raptor50Sse I have prepared this for you on the Scan Australia site and notice that you were here too. In fact this can apply to anybody capable of listening to 800MHz, irregardless of whether you can trunk track. Information that can determine what frequencies the data channels are on (very noisy) ...
