As per your information I've been monitoring 156.800 and there was a very brief conversation taking place on it. Will add it to my memory bank for future listening.

Bonez you've confirmed my suspicions, I had always wondered if those nationalities / countries had their own type of receiver capable of receiving those frequencies, much like our AM / FM radio setup. What has shocked me most is that that they need a scanner to listen to them, fancy trying to listen...
