From the comments on the ABC story seems like it was felt and heard over a wide area. Have a mate in Geelong who felt it as well. Don't live far from there, didn't feel a thing. Not saying it didn't hit there, reports of people on the Eastern / Southern sides of Geelong have confirmed they felt it....
