5130 is also a odd altitude, usally a round figure or 2500 is the most common odd figure

most climb to 310, and will probally step climb after they use some fuel to catch high level winds over the oceans to get a push and save fuel.

The alitudes are chosen

51300 ft, not for a 737, a 737 bums out at 41000 for a NG (600/700/800/900 series) and 37000 for a classic (100/200/300/400/500 series) even A 747 bums out at 45000 ft The only commercial aircraft i know that could get that high would be a concord Source http://elearning.ians.lu/aircraftperformance/...
