the old heavy pumps were replaced with new heavy pumps as FESA had already signed a contract for them. The new pumps that will come out to replace the mediums and eventually all pumps in the future will be Urban pumps as you say. Perth and Daglish definitely have new ones. Duncraig and freo have new ones but are training on them so they still use the old ones. If the new pumps need to go back to the workshops then they get there old ones back but as I stated earlier they are all replaced

Yes you are right they do have a new pump. The real old heavy pumps are just about all replaced with new ones. These include Canning Vale, Fremantle 1st, Daglish 1st, Belmont, Bassendean, Perth 1st and Duncraig. Then the old medium pumps like Midland, armadale, wangara etc will be replaced.
