I can tell you that they used to use VH-MIQ... as for the current aircraft - no idea. They typically do use C210s tho.

If you're wanting to hear whats going on weather wise at perth and can't get the ATIS, try calling 08 9476 8800. This number has the latest ATIS.

While I havn't heard about any choppers with issues... Trust me when i say - if the chopper's engine was having issues, the Pilot would be the first person to know. It's a bit of a shame that the operators showed so little care... if this had turned into an emergency, I highly doubt that the coroner...

Welshpool 2nd just arrived at Perth Airport, missed their call for what is going on. Apparently ARFF, SJA and PAPL crews are there at the back of a catering truck, no idea whats going on in there however. Update: 1 Airport Employee with foot stuck in a mechanical device, ARFF got them out before DFE...
