check here in 3rd alarm scrub 3rd Alarm scrub fire in Scientific Park, Secret Harbour. Burning since around 11.30. Multiple FRS and BFB in attendance. Members from here are possibly in attendence. Can someone tell me how far north the 6AR/IP network operates?? I know that there is the repeater at GinGin that I was able to recieve on the in-car scanner as far north as Regans Ford (Brand hwy, 40k's north of GinGin) but after that I could not find anything on any frequency. Do you know if this is a new appliance or an older one?? Would it be a fair assumption to suggest that the Broadacre appliances have this pump style as apposed to the PTO driven ones?? Is the rumor true that i head last the other week that they are phasing out the PTO driven pumps on the Rural units...

Have worked alongside rockingham/kwinana SES a bit this year, they are a very tidy outfit with a good bunch of people that to a great job.
