Does anyone know frequencies used by the City of Mandurah? Like the rangers, Cleanaway trucks, etc. I looked on the ACMA search but couldn't find anything at their central radio site.

How would I go about using the duplex channels on my Baofeng, I can't figure out what the input and output frequency is.

The main problem about doing the course is having to attend during school times, which isn't possible for me, and of course getting to the venue in time.

I'll just be doing the exam and then doing the study from the videos and the syllabus attached in the exam information.
