ACMA said yes to 10 watts for FM Foundation .... but it's not in the LCD yet so it's still 3 watts.

See page 18 of the LCD.

Foundation 3 watts
Standard 30 watts
Advanced 120 watts

For SSB ( peak envelope power )
Foundation 10 watts
Standard 100 watts
Advanced 400 watts

I hope Icom change their minds so the d-star linux rig can forward data on the APRS servers.
