Well it sounds as though ALAS needs to have revised their procedures on leaving their vans out. Let's hope there are no S8 medications in the van, requirement for double locking has been monitored more closely by health dept. Though a good company would also be aware of where the vans are parked and...

Hi PFO, I understand that the people that operate the V8 car live around Port Kennedy. Though don't actually know where they have moved to.

I've heard Polair stating previously they are running without any onboard lights at some scenes (mainly pursuits).[/quote] Hi Yorky, Police are classified as civillian and not millitary aircraft. How do can they get around this with no nav or anti collision lights on at night? I'm interested to see ...

SJA got tired of tow trucks racing them to the job and giving out 'confidential' information over the open airwaves. Good for ambos having CAD (computer aided dispatch), whatever information is entered on the job is sent to the responding van. Bad news for scanner listeners and ambulance chasers :ro...

That depends, though. If Rescue 65 is doing a P1 ferry to Royal Perth after a MVA and Polair is at a search and the casualty requires immediate treatment then they won't hang around for 65 to come over and pick them up they'll winch the cas and an escort (which may be a police officer that's been lo...

Oh yeah baby, that a real nice helo. Better than the S-76++ I was flying around in this week.

Hi WAsaint, it's a small multi purpose chopper used for transport, police, observations etc etc.
