For life experience I'd recommend doing some time in the military full time or reserves. Great variety of skills to be gained and after being yelled at by the corporals at kapooka you'll learn to pull you're head in and keep your mouth shut when appropriate. You'll never see a Tatra in FESA service, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, there's a reason why FESA use Isuzu chassis for almost all volunteer brigades. Isuzus are extremely common, so maintaience and sourcing spare parts is very easy - not something you can say for having an imported Czech chassi...

Sussex BFB still exists under this name. It is located in the Shire of Busselton, south of Perth.

That said, I dont know where their shed is - try contacting the Shire of Busselton if you need to know.
