Every chemicle has a UN number and every un number has relevant information(other Numbers) relating to that Un the chemicle has a list that is used to determin what action/PPE/ if you can use water / if you need another chemicla to nutrelise it or not / how far to evacuate and so on. UCL Manager is a new posisition with FESA the UCL Manager is also an on call manager for fires the same as DM Hills or DM northcoastal it all depends as to who is rosterd on as to who turns out.

Large fire Wundowie at least thied alrm heading in NE direction and heading towards to the Wundowie Town site
Chanel 41 also 1 fixed wing 2 helitacs and 767 on route shortly Wundowie,Bakers Hill,Mundaring and Wundowie BFB in attendance or on route
