Definitely does trunking - the 96 in the name refers to the fact it can receieve both 3600 baud systems and the new APCO25 9600bps trunk system that WA is installing.
Great little radios, much more sensitive than the Uniden 396.
Only catch is that you can only program one trunking base & offset ...
