Tom, I hear them go way over 20km/h above the speed limit in most 'Priority Two' Pursuits, but I can understand why they do as its usually late at night when traffic is minimal and the risk to all involved is much lower.

I've found it the best by far in all situations.. I mainly use it at home connected to my scanner by 2m of coaxial cable, I just prop the antenna high up indoors and havent mounted anywhere and it still picks up all the channels
