We find the gps feature very handy at mva's and giving the rescue chopper exact coordinates.

Be interesting to see who gets our former LT and weather its used as a high season LT or used as a replacement for another station. If anyone sees it maybe post a picture up of its new life. LT308

As for the pump just make sure the throttle is cracked a little bit all the time. Any special reason for this Helitak? The pump and motor have changed too havent they. We are currently running a 9hp Briggs Vanguard and a Davey twin impeller pump. Am I right in saying that the new LTs use a Honda GX...

Amazing what you find while trying not to do work.
The high season LT that we have at the moment has this siren controller on it. I had not seen one anywhere before.

So probably a stupid question, but wouldn't having the metro area using digital waern and "rural" using analogue waern, wouldn't that add to the already poor communication on any fire grounds that they both attend? It would be hard to know where to draw the metro/country boundary I would h...
