The union has its own vested interests. Vols also have their own vested interests. WP have requested and/or DPI have decided, that they are a "priority two" response. According to this DPI document WP would deal with "high risk personal or property" threats, not "life and/or serious property threat" emergencies. But electrocution, or people entrapped...

On This computer with windows media player I can not get the stream to work it keeps coming up with a message saying it cant read the file extension any ideas on what the problem might be?
