He is a volly looking at his website. I agree I cannot see his appliance being of much use for hazard reduction burning. I would love to see his insurance before engaging him to do a HR burn on my property!! As an incident controller of an incident I would be hesitant of using his appliance for fire...

I Can confirm that Ellenbrook went online Tuesday morning 8am. Kirara Station will be located next to the police station on Morley Drive (so east of the police station). There are talks that it may be a USAR station with USAR moving out of malaga into thier own station which would mean that another ...

What was the deal with an East Swan Appliance being there B37? or was it one of your LT's first on scene? East Swan didn't attend nor were notified of the incident. West Swan were notified by 6IP on radio that it was a confirmed structure fire when we gave our out message. Not sure how East Swan go...

Malga, Midland, West Swan, SET, chaplin & 3 WAPS vehicles attended. Was fully involved going really well on arrival. 8 in BA, two hydrants in use and 10 lines of hose in use.

Had to laugh at Whiteman Park 2 constantly telling 6IP they were leaving the fire ground for water then telling them they were back on the fire ground. Think I heard them do it about 6 times before comcen told them they needed to do that on the comand channel 96...

You can find some good photos for the New Perth Station in the pictures forum. Am sure the user will give you permision to use them. Might be awhile till we see any trucks parked in there!!

I have been a vol for 16 years and to be honest I don't have an issue between vol and career. Sure career guys training is over and above that of vols and to be honest so it should be, however adequate training of vol's is equally important.
