Hi guys, me and my mate have just bought a 12 foot ali boat and were in the market for a marine handheld radio, not too sure what would be better a old 5 watt 27mhz, or a new 5watt VHF. Not looking at going too far off shore, about 3 mile max, and never used either type of radio so looking for some ...

ISP?

What ISP are you with mate?? My scanner will only work with ISP's that peer into waix and some that peer into pipe also. If you are with the like of Telstra, Optus, Vodaphone you wont be able to listen. One member here offered me some free international hosting but im yet to hear back.
