I cant seem to ge tthe feed for the last couple of weeks. is there a firewall operating on your end that is stopping incoming connections???

do you know if Bunbury 1st is getting there MPHR replaced with a new scania?

hey all, just got back from a scrub fire in Picton. unsure what the classification was. Units in attendance were:

Bunbury 1st MPHR and LT
Bunbury 2nd CP and LT
Bunbury BFB 3.4 and fast attack.

caused by power lines falling in the scrub.
total of 4 1/2 hours job duration.

i am looking for a good hand held scanner for under $200
and maybe a base unit for my ute

Local is the same as talkaround, Instead of transmitting on the repeater input frequency they bypass the repeater and operate simplex on the repeater output frequency ie Normally for ch14 the radios would transmit on 458.675 and recieve on 468.175 but on local they will transmit and recieve on 468....
