Theyre starting to fit some of the metro appliances with sirens from what i hear, but thats just for serious situations requiring swift assistance (ie Rolystone)

DEC is usually UHF but it depends from place to place.
Not too crash hot to listen to in the off season but in the fire season its pretty interesting. I'll try and get some frequencies for you

Hi all,
I've noticed when sitting at fast food joints and having my UBC73XLT set to Close Call, it picks up the drive thru from the cashier's end.
Not too interesting to listen to but it might be something to give a try next time you head in for a feed.

From what i've heard about it, the beep test is what knocks most of them out of the recruiting pool.
It is helpful to download it and practice. Level 9.5 is the minimum but they like around 10. Being able to do that will help a huge amount when joining the FRS
