Re: Is DL under serving JFK/SFO business?

Hi James, Welcome to WARSUG.

Unfortunately the sales practices of US based carriers is a bit outside the scope of this forum, being based around Radio use in Western Australia.

If you have any questions or discussion on any Australian Carriers however we're happy to talk.

Re: Other incidents/minor fires etc - 2014/2015

I believe they were using the call sign "O'Conner" as the vehicles were sourced from the O'Conner workshops, not from Forrestfield. In the past they have used vehicles from Forrestfield, but it is possible that all Forrestfield appliances were already committed with staff and volunteer crews at Bul...

Re: Other incidents/minor fires etc - 2014/2015

Yes it was O'Connor, who were stationed at Canning Vale I think. I guess they may have been a spare appliance manned by a relief crew? As stated above resources were all over the place and stretched very thin that night. I believe Rockingham 1st was at Welshpool. Better late than never: The O'Conno...

Re: Streaming DFES scanner audio

Have set up a couple of receivers on WAERN and there's a significant delay in audio between the repeaters, which probably explains everyone talking over the top of each other (the local repeater sounds like it's quiet but someone else has already started talking) With 205 and 380 going i'm not hear...
