What's that on the dash please?
Doesn't look like ordinary patrol cars get FE2 lower suspension any more?

Laptop mount for VE Commodore
Gday, would some kind soul please be able to find out where the WA police source the MDT/laptop mounts used in their VE Commodores please?
A stiff goose neck might do the job if anyone knows where to get them.
Thanks.

HF RX's wanted
Gday looking for a few cheap HF capable receivers or transceivers for a 24/7 project. Must be software programmable, frequency stable with upper side band.
Something like Icom 1000 or maybe Yaesu 817 etc?
Thanks.

Gday looking for a pre amp for 80 MHz, 468 MHz and 1090 Mhz, something like a Jim 75, a yagi that will do 468 MHz, and a P25 scanner.

Re: Ship position receiving and sharing
Thanks Gavin, you can hear the clicks through the normal audio output, but to decode the data you will need a rig with a discriminator output. It's easy to modify most scanners http://www.discriminator.nl/index-en.html or use a rig with a data out pin, usually one of the accessory socket pins.
