Anyone know whats going on with this repeater, it doesnt seem to be working. I have been to and from Perth for a couple months and it doesnt seem to have been up for a while.

channel 8 for southern entrance and 54 for eastern/northern entrance. maybe 64 and 12 for cars coming up from south west but im not too sure about that. They still need some way of communicating with VKI so they have to keep a couple of the analog channels active. but they wouldnt be putting jobs or...

i believe the major outer channels (8, 12, 54 etc) are still active.. the counrty car's still need some comms in the city with vki. They are de-selected at vki. so from time to time u will here something.. and when they accidently select it..

impressive. but the thing is.. most of those radio's are multi band so why would u need so many. i do like the lights and hydrolics

Also another finding.. Foxtel iq2 box and xbox 360 power supplies make a heck of noise on 40 and 80m.

What causes noise or interference on HF or any other band?? and do you have a fix? things that effect me pretty bad Plasma screen tv - usually 40m gets hit hard by this Laptop chargers - 40m and 80m wireless modem power supply - 40m fluro/ energy efficient globes - 80m (not yet confirmed) Lightning ...
