I've never *ever* seen a DEC appliance with blue lights on it? Problem you have is under the law, you need to be responding to an incident where life may be in danger to use red/blue lights & sirens. I'm not sure DEC would fall into this... ? i thought it was a matter or life or property in dan...

actually those search lights are coming from a newly renovated resturaunt which has opend right on top of mcdonalds in the harbour im not sure of its name but its right on top of bathers beach. i use to manage fremantle mcdonalds 3 weeks ago so im not sure my self if they are still there at this cur...
