has anyone watched the tv show all about the RFDS. i watched a bit of it on sunday i believe it was andit amazed me. the skills of all the doctors and pilots are unbelievable. Yep seen it a few times now, pretty amazing. Would be pretty good to work for the RFDS, just imagine the broad range of cas...

You wouldnt want to handle a code or a multi system trauma in the back i tell you (Not so squishy haha). Students and HECS

Do students have to pay HECS fees to become a Paramedic? I think it is silly that they dont pay students from day one, how is someone with kids and a morgage going to stop working to study for 12 months? Look at it for their side - Lets say they paid you a paramedics salary or whathaveyou to attend...
