That fixed-wing is low in the 4th pic. I wonder if they have to clear bird nests from the landing gear.

The only chart that came with it is a low res raster pic of the world called "Globe". By the time you zoom in on the Perth area it's just a few magnified pixels. Vector maps would be better.

Yeah, it's not like they care. They just want a sale. For what it's worth, we have half a dozen of these GME handheld CBs at work and they work very well.

You don't need to transmit on a frequency to hear what's going on.
