Hrmmmm i dont think the medical team is responsible for the roll over. Any para or firie will know the fire team is in charge until the car is stabilised isolated and any danger removed and or controlled. Once that is established the medics are in charge. Maybe an association should be established and then clients know that that particular service meets the established requirements? In the UK we have the british ambulance association http://www.baa999.co.uk/ I know that an association is voluntary but if clients made it a pre req then they would have...
