there are so many grey areas when it comes to that. i'd say you were correct tho. the same goes for milpol or secpol. they only have citizen powers outside of a base (unless in war time conditions) i think. but i do believe that they still have power of arrest etc if the poi is believed to be servin...

Spotted this one on the Tonkin a few weeks ago. Sorry for the dodgy quality - going 100 while trying to take a photo isn't always easy. my bloody sound card doesn't work atm - but from what i saw... that had an effect on me! makes u think twice doesn't it? i think they should make graphic ads similar to that and show the real tragedy of speeding/talking on phone/texting/drink driving etc etc
