Do scanners come with user/owners manuals? Sure did/do, but have YOU seen this one, ...... for someone that has only used a Bearcat with LIMITED freq range, THEN to go to the Icom unit that is more like operating a ham radio, with an unbroken range from 0.010000 - 3299.999999 across SSB-CW-AM-WFM-FM...
