Ahhh yes I *have* seen this on *a* WA Police vehicle featured on The Force. However that's the only time I've seen it, so I don't think many vehicles have that installed. But yes many overseas (NZ & US) have that. Heck even the stock new generation of RAC van's have LED flash units in the rear ...
