Hi Dale,
I had some similar findings and frustrations when learning / programming my USDS100. I started with the WAERN frequencies available on this forum, to figure things out. Much like you though, still pining for more, especially as the software solutions are less than user-friendly.

Re: FESA frequencies
Oh right, I see, sorry about that. The Freescan software does not work with my device, but the file would be a great help for me to learn, if you do not mind forwarding that would be awesome. I really appreciate the help on this forum. I know I am late to the scanning game, with some nay comms going...

Not sure if the image link worked: https://imgur.com/a/IDd0KLS
I have been getting hits on the Dunsborough, Jarrahdale and Bremer Bay frequencies this morning, but largely static. My squelch is at 2, and any higher it seems to only get the air traffic.

Re: FESA frequencies
Hi mate, I entered all the ones from the WARSUG lists provided. I picked up a little corro on Dunsborough channel last night, but it was quite static. This morning, so far it is just the airport again.
Here is an example of the entries in Sentinel...

Re: FESA frequencies
I have inputted all the frequencies, and am monitoring (hopefully correctly). So far nothing, but I guess that could mean anything...I could be out of range - Eagle Bay is about 40km from me.

Re: FESA frequencies
I guess one benefit of being rural, haha! Hopefully I pick something up, other than the airport!
So would the system type be "conventional", for programming purposes, or should it be "P25 Trunking", or something else?

Re: FESA frequencies
Oh awesome, thanks for that, and your patience with me! I will use that as the 'department' on my scanner and enter the frequencies in the channel guide and see what I can pick up. Won't get to that until this evening, but imagine there should be a bit of chatter still then, to test it is correct. I...

Re: FESA frequencies
Thanks again! I will try to manually enter these frequences in and see f I can pick anything up.
I have seen the term WAERN used a bit, what does this mean?

Re: FESA frequencies
What are the actual frequencies you've programmed in? Have you checked activity on the frequencies in our list: https://warsug.info/warsug/frequencies/WARSUG%20-%20WAERN%20freqs.pdf and https://warsug.info/warsug/frequencies/FESA.html On the html file, what do RX and CTCSS stand for; I assumed one ...

Re: FESA frequencies
Thanks for the help, and these are the frequencies I have inputted / imported: https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?aid=8858 Obviously have done it incorrectly so will try from the details you have kindly provided. I will use the 'conventional' system, and see what I pick up. Hopefully can get it...

Re: FESA frequencies
I am having a devil of a time picking up the chatter that would be occurring on the FESA frequencies in Busselton / Dunsborough at the moment. I have programmed my Uniden scanner based on the radioreference.com advice, but am not hearing much at all. I have manually programmed the Busselton airport ...
