Re: Mandurah Forum management
Not aware of any encryption but haven't checked for a few years. Worth checking on ACMA if the frequencies are still active.

Re: ISO Motorola M21KSM9PW1AN VHF Blank Codeplug
I've determined that this radio came from BHP in Port Hedland. Realistically, what'd be the odds of them assisting to unlock this radio off their network?

ISO Motorola M21KSM9PW1AN VHF Blank Codeplug
Looking for a blank codeplug I can write to my XTL2500 as I bought it from an auctioned mine vehicle and looking to repurpose it for my use. Not fussed about the flashcode as I will literally just be using it in analouge config. TIA

Re: FESA frequencies
Midband radio is to be decomissioned in metro regions in the coming months, with all metro appliances that have those radios to be upgraded for VHF Hi. Regional appliances will keep midband for the time being. Guess the end is coming.

Re: Icom IC-R6 antenna for DFES
I get both 220 and 217 from the north Mandurah area on my handhelds with stock antennas, maybe it's your radio itself.

WA GRN testing
I've been told that there is a site in Perth on 423.8495 that is related to the new GRN. DFES have been doing radio checks for the last few hours too on 6AR for either ESRN or WAERN links. Has anyone got any more information about the project?

Electric vehicle trial (TV)

Has anyone seen any of the trial vehicles yet? TV callsigns on all of them so far, I suspect it means Trial Vehicle like how OT was Operation Tide.

Re: St John Ambulance
It's in the 78MHz range and as far as I know runs independent of the normal 6DS network.
