Re: Uniden SDS100
Despite the advice I received from here and elsewhere, I decided to buy one and I haven't regretted it. I purchased it from US and it arrived a couple of months ago. Have been playing with it ever since. With the Sentinel software its easier to program, I'm a relatively new scanner owner and already...

Uniden UBCD436PT
Hi
Thinking of trading my 396xt for a Uniden UBCD436PT XT.
Any feedback on its capability and useability would be welcome.
Yorky, I know that you helped me to get up and running on my old scanner, do you have any comments to add about this new device.
Thx
John

Re: Help!!
Thank you Yorkie I did have a read and I understand all the different frequencies, its the device and how it searches for the frequencies I want and not the ones that come pre-loaded. I have ordered a usb data cable and downloaded the software, so hopefully it will enable me to listen to something. ...

Help!!
I'm John and I am a new scanning enthusiast in the Joondalup area. I purchased a Uniden UBCD396XT primarily to listen to aircraft, however I have yet to hear anything on the scanner of interest. I read that these scanners are complex in nature, however I thought I could master it. Is there anyone ou...
