What would be the benefit of DFES going digital? Is it purely to stop people from listening in? WAPOL and SJA gave out personal information that was of privacy concern, but what sensitive information do DFES actually broadcast? Names, Addresses of incidents, locations of trapped people. I heard it on Tuesday night, it was faint, but audible on PER08

I was out on my handheld, so I had no recording gear of it.

Hmm. My place of work has 3 sets of thick internal walls. My handheld scanner can't listen through them.

That web stream is the best.
