I have a tom tom. I used it to drive to Bunbury. It was O.K. until I nearly drove off a cliff. .........just kidding. Tom tom, highly recommended. Haven't used a road map book since purchase.

I'm heading down to Bunbury this weekend. Is there anything I can listen to on the scanner down there. I did read on this forum somewhere that the police operations are done mainly by mobile phone. Can someone confirm or deny this?

I hear quite frequently when going to a priority 2 job that the driver states the class of vehicle, priority status of the driver and the pd number.

Can anyone tell me why?
