G'day, This is run by my mate and it is 100% legal because my mate is a VK6 operator and this how you can QSO around the world anyone who does not conforms to the rules is muted by the owner of the gateway incidentally one has be setup in Kunnurra so if you get the software and register your callsig...

G'day matey I bought 2 off ebay they called NEE you have to be carefull as they are full 5 watt Tranceivers if you by 7 you may get them for a song but be ware they TX&RX on the Police freq.

Well the software is $80.00 the cable is a USB std cable and as far as boosting it to 25Watts well if you don't want to give to the Radio Licensing Authority I would keep it at 5 watts I have Quansheng UHF 400-480 and I can talk from Palm Beach to joondalup and around the world using the PMR Gateway...
