G'day matey I bought 2 off ebay they called NEE you have to be carefull as they are full 5 watt Tranceivers if you by 7 you may get them for a song but be ware they TX&RX on the Police freq.

Well the software is $80.00 the cable is a USB std cable and as far as boosting it to 25Watts well if you don't want to give to the Radio Licensing Authority I would keep it at 5 watts I have Quansheng UHF 400-480 and I can talk from Palm Beach to joondalup and around the world using the PMR Gateway...
