South St X Vahland Ave 0400 Police & FRS
Anyone have any idea whats going on??? on my way home from work to find that road is closed with several police and FRS in attendance... From what I could see from vahland ave looked like a couple of cars and a tree/light pole... Turned scanner on, but nothing heard...

It does make sense to what you are saying Zebedee. Did he say how this would work? I would assume that they somehow would still be able to listen in on a scanner but with a delay and if the infomation is too sensitve for the media vki say something eg the j that puts a block on that transmission. I don't see how this can help, because people blatantly and arrogantly ignore the roadworks signs that are around at the moment.. Have you driven on the Kwinana Fwy lately? I haven't used the freeway in about 6 months, but it was BS then with all the road works, and i'm sure it still is... No wonde...
