I think you would find these cars will do duties like APLO's, community policing etc. where high powered cars are not needed, not all frontline tasking...............................

why would members of the public put themselfs at massive risk and play emergency worker, the fact is you have no power what so ever to direct traffic and to display lights, and people have not legallity to follow what you do, its hard enough for coppers to do points other than not trained members of...

transit guards have undergone abit of change they are now called transit officers and now wear WA Police style uniforms with cargos and a different shade of shirt with velcro patches and now carry OC spray
