All of the trunking mpt seems to be in the 415mhz range.Why am i getting stirling on 460mhz ?Im getting stirling scty,balcatta tip and parks and gardens.And im not really loosing much conversation.Only thing is the constant background buzz/hisss noise.

Try 460.625 mhz.It seems to be mostly stirling council.

Large search for missing abalone fisherman at Yanchep beach.Rescue 65,westpack choppers at scene.Also water police and surf rescue.Frequances are marine ch 9 (156.4500 mhz).Also surf life saving (489.2250mhz)

Id say the cars possibly would have been heading to Northam.But maybe not polair.Apparently crash happened at 7.45pm.

You dont need a digital scanner to follow City of Stirling.You can use this http://linato.net/trunkview/
I was using it for a while and found it to be a pain.But you may find it easier.To listern to Stirling scty i just run a custom scan from 415.000mhz to 417.000mhz.

No you dont need the TGIDs.They will be found by scanner.You may have to put each 500mhz into a separate system then let it scan to find what one is the control channel.
Order of frequancies dosnt matter.

Uniden 396t setup Program system New system Motorola or Mot P25 yes set freq new freq Put in the 500mhz frequencies that are on the map. One of the frequancies will be a control channel and you will see some ID numbers come up. But in will only follow the conversation.You wont be able to hear clear ...
