Good evening all
Can anyone let me know the differences between 2nd edition and 3rd edition of the foundation manual please?

Fire incident at Coles South Lake. Coles evacuated.
Smoke in Meat section. Code orange implemented, customers told to evacuate the shop.

SYM reports nothing seen, now headed N for the airport.

Possible EPIRB activated near Bald Head, Albany.
VH-SYM (Grumman AA-5B Tiger) on his way to have a look.
ATC gave him coordinates for his GPS.
