by all means get the icom ic r5. however the user manual leaves a lot to be desired. once programmed the icom is a great scanner. i use edge scanning . if i can help any more get in contact

where do i buy one , how much do they cost, what do they do

i am new to scanning and just purchased an icom icr5 scanner. am 58 years old and am having huge trouble understanding the instruction manual. if someone out there can help me programme it i will be very grateful .i live at warnbro
