Well it was bound to happen, the DPI has stopped turing a blind eye to ALAS's little short comings, not all the vehicles are registered as AMBULANCEs, some are registered as PTVs hence the change in hazard waring lights. In reply to your question Bomber, didn't start my paid career here in WA, started with Tassie first, then SAAS, then back home to WA.

As a volunteer.....about 20yrs, 15 with SJA, 5yrs with VFAS

As a former volunteer, now paid staff(SJA and VFAS 'Brigade') officer, I can and do appreciate the time that these people give up to serve our community. Some of the volunteer ambulance officers give 30hrs plus a week to SJA, doing the same amount work as paid staff, and yes 80% of our job as office...

Boddington Gold have purchased 2 Troop Carriers from P&W that I know. Also Derby Hospital are in the market for a new vehicle, after seeing the pictures ya posted Markie of the GMC, I think that they will be looking into purchasing it.

I remember vans 33, 17, 76, I know there were more but they were some of the oldies.... 33 ended up at Cockburn, where it remained until they retired it in 2005 with 500k on the clock. 83 when on to become Mandurah 3, only coz the new SO liked the Fords, also featured in Bruce & Taryn's wedding...
