I was deployed twice and cancled twice. First time there wasnt enough members for a team (But that was early morning) and then the second was cause the kids were found

The water used by fire fighters??

Iv been wondering this for a while and i have a few pipie friends but i keep forgetting to ask them. When the water bombers are dumping water onto fires why dont they use sea water? Im just wondering cause the 2 fires in January where helitacs were used they were filling their tanks with lake water....

If by rescue virgin you mean you havent gone out on a call yet well im a rescue virgin from murdoch unit :) or i have missed the point completely Yeah thats the concensis, but strangly even when i (and the other newbies) have gone on a callout we are still virgins until the next induction brings in...

Donno if this should be in a different thread or what but i was looking for the Rockingham Fireies frequencies on the... http://web.acma.gov.au/pls/radcom/register_search.main_page ... site, It had Rockingham Fire, Dixon Road, (Thats the right one) But it had to frequencies or any further detail.. D...
