No, it is a current FESA appliance as operated by the Rottnest Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade, along with a Rural Tanker (3.4 i think).

From memory this must be at least the 4th location of the QEII helipad now. By the looks it's at the northern end near the ambulance depot, if so it would also be the furthest from the A&E department.
