A Lockheed P-3 Orion is currently on bay 60 at the international, arrived from Diego Garcia last night at around 20:30 and is due to leave at 14:00 today.

Pretty rare sight here in PER!! :D

CASA cracked it big time when they moved that third one to Jandakot too. As a result they put a notice on the door of other two that they weren't allowed to be flown until CASA had approved. Emirates A380 - A6-EDA dropped in a couple of hours ago due to a medical diversion operating EK412 DXB - SYD. Arrived at 02:45 local.

Incredibly quiet for the size of the beast! :shock:

Not sure if its a exceptional movement but I've not seen them here recently... Cargolux are operating a 747-400F due in to PER this afternoon (13/04) about 16:25L. Coming in from LUX via DXB then going out to PVG at 19:25L with a load of cars reportedly.

Also arriving this morning around 0730 (was driving under it as it went over the fence) 9V-SFM B747-412F from Cape Town as Sincargo 7343 with Cirque Du Soleil cargos An awesome sight as well! However I heard SQ Cargo were none to pleased when the aircraft got stuck here due to the main rwy closure ...

Perth Movements April May June

An Air China 747-400 carrying a VVIP arrived at the International bay 50, about 20:00 local 5th April, under tight security. Believed to be carrying an extremely important Chinese government official. Aircraft will be here until the 7th when it departs at 0800L Rare to see a 747-400 in these parts.....
