I think the PTA should extend the Transit Guard System to all public Transport and go back to the Special Constable System. The Police simply dont have the resources or the manpower to tackle public transport security.

Western Power Emergency Crews do the same course as the FESA Firefighters, its called "drive under emergency conditions".

At the end of the day the member in the car is calling the chase, if he thinks its safe then they will keep going. Sometimes it would be hard to abort in the head of the moment as you get tunnel vision, thats why its good that somebody who is not there makes the final decision.

I think red lights would be fine, I would imagine they would have similar priority to Western Power Emergency Crews.

I think there is a need for Polair61 or at least a designated helicopter.
