Cheers for that, Mr G. Sounds like you've been busy out and about - was the Motorplex last weekend too?

Re: RESCUE 65 Observations

Yes, Aunty... you're correct. Regardless, the callsign is the same, even if the chopper isn't the designated 'yellow' one. Inside info

Re: RESCUE 65 Observations

Via the rumour mill... R65 down for 3000 mile service. RFDS are currently using an ex-RAAF chopper, white with blue/white signage. Seen in Mandurah early hours Wednesday morning.

Re: RESCUE 65 Observations

I saw R65 yesterday morning hovering about Rocky foreshore up & down the coastline for at least a good hour. Anyone know why? Just read in the local rag they were involved in a practice operation with our local sea rescue down here involving flares & a liferaft. Solved my own mystery!

I agree with you Meg, and I think that's why I want it lol... I too grew up with ABC and was so excited when GWN was commenced - how sad! Haha....

Nafenn, are you going to get IQ? Or not planning to?

Turbo - cheers for that. Have looked it all up and almost ready to make the call

Re: Car accidents, intoxicated and noisy parties...

Anyone know where I can find footage of what was shown? Unfortunately was working the night Today Tonight screened it, and of course we were all keen to see how their waiting room relates to ours  (from the goss it doesn't sound much different!)
