Looking for a Scanner around the $250-$400 range

Hi,
Looking for a scanner that can scan all Volunteer Bush Fire channels as well as FESAs 6IP/6AR. The scanner must have a detacable antenna while i can wire into a vehicle mounted antenna.

Thanks
