Only if you have them programmed for transmit.
just wondering, what if they were on a channel frequency? like a CB frequency? lol im only gonna use it for scanning anyway ;)

would anyone be able to help in finding this transceiver????

i anyone would be able to help with finding a radio, looking for simoco, and prefferably a SRP9170? i cannot find anywhere to buy! i have used one before, and found it was really good for scanning! and TX! i used it for scanning V8's. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

huh? that blue+White Canadian (registered) heli just flew over with some other helitaks... and what looked like the Bell JetRanger used by the Customs and Border Protection. Anyone know WHAT WAS GOING ON!?

i can hear some guy soundin a bit dodgy and transmitting over people. i quote "youre like f**king MacGyver" and then he does disguise his voice sayin like a mayday call then the.. other person says "uh, i cant find you on camera"

Yea, i agree. i have a '76 Uniden Bearcat UBC60XLT. very VERY old, but it works well. 8 band and 10 channel, it works fine.
